Tomorrow night, in front of an estimated television audience of eight million (Audley Harrison, eat your heart out), I will take part in the first semi-professional sporting event of my life, when I take on former EastEnders actor Sid Owen in a three-round boxing bout in aid of BBC Sport Relief.
