Ben begins a new country diary column in the Sunday Telegraph on the 3rd Feb. Beginning this weekend, readers can follow Ben’s unique perspective of the UK countryside as he travels the country meeting the people and visiting the places that really matter.
Ben Returns from Arctic Training

Ben and his South Pole team have just returned from ten days arctic training with the special forces at Dombas in Norway. Training included crevace rescue, ice drills and a mini expedition.
New series of Extreme Dreams begins January 14th at 6.30pm BBC2

A brand new series of the hit Extreme Dreams with Ben Fogle begins in the new year with Ben leading five fresh teams to some of the most extreme enviroments on earth. Explorer Benedict Allen and naturalist Charlotte Uhlenbroek join Ben’s panel to choose team members during a gruelling selection process in the Brecon Beacon’s of Wales. The series will run each weeknight for six weeks on BBC2 at 6.30pm.
